My name is Mandi Wagnild (she/her). My passion is supporting families during the most pivotal phase of their lives: becoming parents. I believe that pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood are part of a monumental experience that you will remember for the rest of your life. There’s something about the journey we go on to bring another soul into the world that leaves me just a bit starstruck every time. This is the reason I’ve devoted my life to helping lead families down the pathways to healthier births and happier babies. I do this through evidence-based workshops and compassionate support.
Being open, trustworthy, and accepting of others makes Mandi very easy to get along with and puts many people at ease. Her enthusiasm for knowledge is contagious and she is dedicated to learning and growing in her passion.Brenna, first time mom
I’m a bit of a nerd a lifelong learner so I'm always on the lookout for the latest research. I read every book, watch every video, and attend every training I can. In fact, my bachelor's degree is in Maternal Child Health. Even after studying pregnancy, birth, and newborn feeding and parenting for over 12 years, I continue to be amazed at the complex physical and emotional process that the human body and mind go through during this time, what we know about it, and how much we still have to learn.

On a more personal note...

I live in Ithaca, New York (about an hour southwest of Syracuse and 90 minutes southeast of Rochester) with my spouse, our 13-year old, and our cat. I spend my free time reading, painting, and trying to save the poor cat from being dressed up as Wonder Woman again.
